Yes, I hate the title.
Unfortunately, it looks like the sequel really is going to happen now.
Hopefully it will just have a short run in London and that will be it. I just hope none of the shows I love have to close to make room for it...London seems a little short of theatres at the moment.

A theatre company from Portugal is making their own sequel, it's called 'The Phantom of Paris'.

I notice its a sequel to the Leroux novel, rather than a sequel to the ALW musical, but it doesn't mention a plot. (unless I'm missing something or it says it in another language )

Major point for creators then. But another interesting thing... Some people say that it is a mistification, as that company does not exist.

It does seem a little strange. It wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't real, or if it is real, if it never happens.
The poster doesn't look very professional, but I do like it.

It's based on a book 'The Phantom of The Manhattan'. The sequel itself is called 'Love Never Dies'.

yes, but I can't belive ALW would even THINK of making a sequel to P.o.t.O!!! This is like, my worst nightmare come true! ugh....plus, I read the POM, and it was king of good, but very sad and, confusing... I still can't belive this....they had better not shut the original poto down...I only got to see it ONCE!
