We already knew that Michael Xavier is leaving unless they can't find anybody else to play Raoul (but I'm sure they will!).

Also, its just been confirmed that Ramin Karimloo (the standby Phantom) is becoming principle Phantom so Earl is leaving. Crying or Very sad Evil or Very Mad
Ramin sounds good though and it will be nice to see a new Phantom.

I think thats all we know so far but I can't believe we're losing both Earl and Michael.

The current cast leave on 8th September and the new cast start on the 10th.
Hopefully I'm going on 22nd September! Very Happy

Karimloo is good. I've seen some clips of his MOTN. It's his name that gets me... Ramin (like the noodles) Karimloo (reminds me of kuzoo) Razz
I love Earl Carpenter, and it is a shame that he's leaving... He's been there forever, hasn't he?

Well I've never heard of kuzoo or noodles that sound like Ramin so that was lost on me lol!

I love his voice, and I've heard that he hits Raoul in Final Lair, which I'd like to see.

I've booked for 22nd September so I'll be seeing Ramin then Very Happy

Its so sad though, the current cast was perfect (even more perfect when Celia Graham was there). I don't want to see the Managers or Mme Giry go either.

Somebody posted his myspace address on another forum yesterday but hes now set it to private, maybe because he got loads of friend requests from random phans!
Hes very pretty though, I'm sure he'll be great! Wink

Rohan Tickell is also leaving and apparantly the new Piangi is about 21. That should be.....interesting. Neutral

It's strange to have a Piangi so young! I mean Ramin is one of the youngest phantom and he is 28 and the Phantom doesn't have a baritone voice as Piangi because Piangi is a real baritone.................(I can't talk enlgish....)

Also, the new standby Phantom is Nic Greenshields. I don't know much about him, I think he has played the Beast in Beauty and the Beast, and hes very tall!

I love Earl Carpenter.

It's really a shame he's gone. I booked for the 30th October 2007,wishing to see Earl. Then I found out he was leaving. I was so dissapointed. But I saw Ramin and I thought he was great, but Earl will always be my favourite.
