Ok I have a few question about that song. When Erik starts tieing Raoul up what does he mean by: Order your fine horses now.
And I don't get why he said afterwards, raise your hands to the level of your eyes, if he couldn't. Was he mocking him when he said that?

Oh and before I forget, I love what you did with the place Red Death its great!

I've always assumed he was mocking him, by refering to what Christine and Raoul were singing about in All I Ask Of You, when she tells him to 'order your fine horses'. I'm not sure how to explain that any further...

Yeah, I think once again, he was just mocking him, and making the point that the Phantom is in control and Raoul is helpless.

I agree with all that EarlCarpenterFan said. Erik was only taunting and mocking Raoul. The horses comment was to mock the relationship and things that Raoul and Christine were singing about in All I Ask of You.
The hands comment was to mock all that was told to Raoul by Mme. Giry. By saying that, he makes Raoul realize that he is defenseless and must comply to Raoul's demands.
