A real opera ghost?

Well to start this off I must tell you of one of the most memoriable phantom actor of all times: Lon Chaney.He was a great actor and well played phatom and did it well. Anyways there has been speculation that while filming alot of the people who helped star and film in it did not get along on the set.There is even a urban ledgend about Lon chaney's ghost haunting sound stage 28: The old set of said Phantom of the opera by which Lon has played his winning role. So I guess you can say that there really is a phantom of the opera.Though I would seriously look it up find what you can.I might find more about this and put it up here.
I would like to hear more details if anyone has found any thing else about this.
