New member, but not a new phan

Hello everyone. Obviously I'm new here! Well, I've been a phan since about 5th grade, and I'm about to graduate college, so you can do the math. I really and truely believe (as did my parents) that it was just a phase, but as the years went by, I only loved it more! I really don't have anyone to chat with about poto, half the people I know has never really heard of it!!!! I'm also looking for some great Phantom inspired books. Not internet phan fiction, but an actual book i can go out and buy. The first one on my list is of course Phantom of Manhattan, but purely for curiousity sake! Also, if anyone can tell me if I can purchase ken hill's phantom cd here in America? Thanks!!!

I suggest reading Phantom by Susan Kay, if you haven't already. It's an amazing book. Phantom of Manhattan is not too bad, but, it has the worst ending I have ever read... You can see all the spoilers in the topic for it in The Studiolo.
I believe that Ken Hill's CD can be purchased at an FYE or other CD provider. If they do not have it in stock, it can be ordered. Also, sites such as Amazon or Ebay will have it for sale.

Haha, I have a copy of susan kays Phantom for so long it literally is falling apart!!!! I actually enjoyed it more than the original novel . I will try FYE, because I tried Barnes and Nobles and had no luck. Thanx for the input!

Thats the annoying thing about loving theatre, most other people aren't really bothered about it, and its hard to find other phans, unless you use the internet of course.

I know! Also alot of phans are in theater or drama of some sort, and I loved choir in middle and highschool, but realized I couldn't sing or act ( I guess you would have to have both of those things!!!) and would just always be in the audience!!!! Always a Meg, never a Christine!!! And I love seeing plays and musicals, but I'm completely and utterly obsessed with POTO!!!!!

Ello and welcome try Angel of the opera I tried getting Red death into it I don't think he has yet.Though it gives good insight on what the opera popular looked like and how people actin it.Try it its a lethal combination when you add kay's character personia and the details in that book. Though be warned it is a sherlock and phantom cross over and mixed reviews are abundant.Only the willing should read it.
