The colors seemed to have dulled for some reason, though. I think it was when I converted it to .JPG to host on the forum.

You're blind if you haven't yet noticed, but, the forum is COMPLETELY revamped now!
Phantom's Mask Version 4.0 has been launched, at LONG last!
The layout has been done over and upgraded from a phpbb v.2 to phpbb v.3, which, in my opinion, looks MUCH better.
I am making a new banner right now, too, so, within a few days, the forum will look COMPLETELY different, in a good way.
There are still a few issues, so, if you have any suggestions, drop me a line via PM and I'll look into it!
